Safe Communications, Inc., Signs Licensing Agreement With China Company, Full Chance.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Safe Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SGTB.pk) announced today the signing of a licensing agreement with Full Chance of China. The license calls for a launch of Safe’s virtual world, Kuboo.com in China within the next three months. The license calls for Safe to supply the technology while the China partners will supply the funding and technical expertise to translate and develop Kuboo for the Chinese market. The initial funding will be approximately $500,000. The agreement has a provision to extend a similar license to India.  A final license is expected to be signed in the next 30 days. Safe Communications launched www.Kuboo.com, its virtual at its family day event on October 6, 2012.

Representing the Chinese partners are Annie Ma and Shouvik Bhattacharyya.


ANNIE MA: Annie has vast business expertise in China from fund raising, investment management and M&A. Annie is founder, Chairwoman and CEO of Ample Luck International Capital. Annie attended the Executive Program at the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Annie is a National Committee Member of the All-China Youth Federation, a Standing Committee Member of the Hubei Provincial Youth Federation and a Director of China Youth Entrepreneurs Association. She serves on the board of directors of over ten companies.

SHOUVIK BHATTACHARYYA: Shouvik is on the Board of Full Chance, the educational and incubation platform launching Kuboo in China.

Shouvik is CEO & MD of Valtech, responsible for US, Asia-Pacific, Middle-East & Africa. Valtech is not associated with this venture.

Shouvik has been profiled amongst “12 Global Leaders for tomorrow” in Chief Executive Magazine. He received the “Bharat Gaurav” award in 2009, recognizing his contribution to the industry as a non-resident Indian. He was awarded “CEO with HR Orientation” by Asia-Pacific HRM Congress in 2010. He recently received the same award at the Asian HR Leadership Awards (2012).

Shouvik was a Sloan Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has an MBA from the Sloan School. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). He is an Electrical & Electronics engineer, with a second Master’s degree focused on industrial engineering and management. He frequently speaks in conferences in US and China on cross-border M&A, technology trends and global entrepreneurship.
