Safe Communications Signs Letter of Agreement to Acquire Onverse, LLC
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, July 24, 2013 -(eTeligis via ACCESSWIRE)- KUBOO, Inc., DBA Safe Communications, (OTC PINK: SGTB), announced today that they have signed a Letter of Agreement with Onverse.com, a virtual world geared towards the tween and teen markets. The agreement calls for an acquisition of Onverse for Safe stock, based on a valuation yet to be determined. Onverse currently has approximately 600,000 subscribers growing rapidly and is cash flow positive. Many are under 13 and have younger siblings, cousins and friends that fall into www.Kuboo.com demographics. These subscribers will all be introduced to Kuboo.com with the launch of Kuboo’s new version in early September.
Onverse, LLC was founded in late 2006 by Stephen M. Pierce II, a former Design Manager for Sony Online Entertainment. Mr. Pierce and his associates will be joining Safe Communications in their Scottsdale location.
